Lydia listens to your every need. She comes highly recommended for her myofascial release expertise and more. I have followed Lydia everywhere, as she's really been the only therapist who listened and soon found out what my past sporting injuries required. Life is better after Lydia's therapeutic massage. Thanks Lydia !

Lydia is very welcoming and kind, and, of course, her skills are fantastic. It's clear she takes a personalised approach to each massage so your body gets what it needs. I came to Lydia after a shoulder injury but she's also helped in relieving years of chronic tension. Definitely recommend

Lydia has been massaging my legs, arms, and back for several years. This has allowed me to recovery quickly from sport injuries and general tightness. I have recommended Lydia to friends and family. Lydia's expertise, professional approach and results are a lot better than other physics and massage therapists that I visited.

Lydia is an amazing therapist with great experience and technical skill. Lydia has helped me through some significant back pain and I feel better after each treatment. Lydia has the perfect balance of both technical skill and personal care for her clients.

Lydia is amazing. Not only does she have an uncanny ability to immediately locate problem areas but she also senses when you are feeling fragile (as I was today)! Thank you Lydia for another wonderful massage.
